ASME SA 387 GRADE 11 Class 1

we proudly serve as a dedicated supplier and proficient exporter specializing in ASTM A387 / ASME SA387 GRADE 11 Class 2 alloy steel plates. Committed to delivering excellence, we provide top-tier products that meet industry standards, catering to a wide range of industrial applications.
Our alloy steel SA 387 GR. 11 CL. 1/2 plates are expertly crafted for deployment in steel pressure vessels operating at high temperatures and challenging environments. The core composition of this alloy steel incorporates molybdenum, imparting remarkable tensile strength and impressive resistance to corrosion. These plates adhere strictly to the guidelines of ASME SA387, an industry-standard specification governing the production of welded molybdenum steel plates. Their prominence is especially notable in applications requiring performance in elevated temperature conditions.

SA 387 CHROME MOLY STEEL more common applications of this grade is Refineries, Power Plants, and certain areas of Chemical Plants in environments with elevated temperatures and limited corrosion concerns. These grades can be specified in either class 1 or 2. It can also be provided in the Normalized & Tempered or Annealed conditions. The annealing process – which would meet Class 1 properties, "softens" the steel to enhance greater forming capabilities.
